Reservations must be received by July 12, 1999
- Registration:
The deadline for pre-registration is July 23, 1999. On-site registration fees will increase by $50.00 in each category.
- Airline Travel Discounts:
US Airways has been designated as the Official carrier for attendees of the International Association of Forensic Nurses, August 5-9, 1999, in Scottsdale, AZ. A 12% discount off unrestricted coach fares will apply with 7-day advance reservations. Discounts are valid between August 2-12, 1999. To obtain these discounts, you or your professional travel consultant must call US Airways Meeting and Convention Reservation Office at (877) 874-7687: 8:00AM - 9:30PM, Eastern Time. For those whom a US Airways reservation isn't practical, you may wish to consider some on-line ticketing services:

(Note: one of our members just got a roundtrip ticket from BWI/Baltimore to Phoenix and back on TWA for $284 thru LowestFare.)
- Other Transportation/Lodging Information:
"Super Shuttle" is available from the Phoenix Airport to the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at a cost of $16.00 per person and $6.00 for each additional person. The cost of a taxi would be between $25.00 and $35.00 or you may arrange with the hotel to have one of their limos pick you up for a cost of $40.00. This cost may be split with the number of people traveling.
Room Sharing - please let the IAFN know if you are interested in sharing a room at the Scientific Assembly, and would like your name on the list - your name will be forwarded to the Room Sharing Volunteer.
